Casting a fresh vision, the challenge at hand was to completely overhaul IndiGo's in-flight menu and its underlying concept. The mission was clear: devise a menu that not only lightened the workload for the kitchen and cabin crew, ensuring timely meal service, but also minimized wastage and encouraged pre-booking.
This led to the creation of the concept of 'Easy Eats'
